Providing Hands-On STEM Engagement
EVENT POSTPONED
Participating students will learn about the concepts of buoyancy and density. Students will design, build and test their own functioning boat. By the end of the session, students will be able to describe concepts related to volume, displacement, buoyancy and density. There will be a kit distribution to participate. All required materials will be provided through STEM Illinois except for a computer and Wi-Fi (see flyer for more important information on technology requirements).
